Marketing attribution platform for B2B SaaS

Every source, from first visit to revenue, in one view you can check.

Funnelsight connects your web analytics, ad spend, product data and CRM, so you can follow each source stage by stage and see where its leads stall before they turn into revenue.

Illustrative data
Cost vs new ARR, by source Last 12 months · U-shaped

40% of each deal to the touch that created the lead, 40% to the last touch before the opportunity, 20% shared by the touches in between.

Cost and new annual recurring revenue for seven acquisition sources over the last 12 months, under the selected way of counting credit (illustrative data)
Source Cost New ARR
Organic search $450k$2.7M
Paid search $550k$1.8M
LinkedIn ads $160k$400k
Partner referrals $300k$1.2M
Events and webinars $400k$800k
Email $90k$600k
DirectNo cost recorded $0$2.5M
Both ends count, and the middle gets a share: webinars and email, which keep leads warm until the opportunity, start to show. The seven sources add up to $10.0M in every model: changing the model moves credit between sources, it doesn't create revenue. Costs cover media, commissions, content production and the tools each channel runs on, not salaries.

Your first day with Funnelsight.

  • Your whole funnel in one view

From anonymous visit to paying and renewing customer.

  • A first read of your data

What Funnelsight sees, what's missing, and what to fix first.

  • Ready-made views

The questions teams ask first, answered from templates you adjust.

Revenue and payback by source follow once your costs are in: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Ads connect directly, and costs like partner commissions or events come from a spreadsheet or are entered by hand.

"Can we trust this number?"

A data check before the first chart.

Like a site health report, the data check lists each blind spot with its weight, so you know what to fix first and what to keep in mind while you read. It never blocks anything.

"Why don't our two reports match?"

Shared rules, and every change logged.

The attribution model, the window and the definitions are set once and apply to every campaign. When a rule changes, the change is logged with its date and author, and past periods are recalculated or the break is clearly marked. Funnelsight also shows how credit moves between sources after a change, so no team quietly gains or loses credit.

Change log

6 OctWindow changed from 90 to 120 days by an admin, to match the sales cycle. Past periods recalculated.

"Why did sign-ups drop that week?"

One set of numbers, a view for each use, and context that stays.

The team works from a daily view, the planning view compares results with your targets, and leadership gets a summary, all on the same data. Anyone can add a dated note to a chart: a campaign launch, a site migration, a tracking bug and its fix. The note stays with that period, so the explanation is still there months later. Some errors can be fixed after the fact: when a rule excludes bot sign-ups or renames a mistagged campaign, past weeks are corrected too, the corrected bar is hatched and the change is logged. What can't be rebuilt, like two days without tracking, keeps its note.

What's in Funnelsight, and what isn't.

Help reading the numbers, not a black box: Funnelsight points out what deserves a look and shows the rule behind every figure. The decisions stay with your team.

See the whole funnel

  • One view from anonymous visit to paying and renewing customer
  • Each source's effect at every stage: sign-up, activation and retention, deal, renewal
  • Filters by segment, such as company size, plan or country
  • The real path to conversion: entry page, call to action clicked, content downloaded

Judge sources on revenue

  • New recurring revenue and payback by source
  • First touch, last touch, linear or U-shaped, with weights you can adjust and two models side by side
  • Formulas finance can read and check
  • A planning view that compares results with your targets

Spot what deserves a look

  • A sudden drop that may be a tracking issue rather than a real change
  • A metric that rises while nothing that matters follows
  • One large deal carrying a whole source
  • A share that falls because credit is spread over more touches, not because the source got worse

Work as one team

  • Shared rules with a change log, views for each use and dated notes
  • Admin, editor and viewer levels
  • Alerts by email or in your CRM, and clear activities written to your CRM records, updated daily
  • PQL rate and PQL-to-customer path for sales, churn-risk and expansion signals for customer success

What it doesn't do

  • Forecast results or set your budget: it shows what happened, and your team decides
  • Use a black-box "data-driven" model: every weight is visible and adjustable
  • Score or route leads in real time: that stays with your CRM and data stack
  • Prove that a touch caused a sale: it shows which touches came before it, and results of lift tests run elsewhere can sit next to it
  • Replace your CRM, your analytics tools or a data team's pipelines

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to get started?

The tools you already use, or even a spreadsheet. GA4, your CRM, your product analytics tool and the main ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads) connect natively, and costs no connected tool holds can be imported or entered by hand. The data check then shows what is missing, such as campaigns without tags.

Can we change the attribution model later?

Yes. An admin changes it, the change is logged, and past periods are recalculated or the break is clearly marked. You can also compare two models side by side before you switch.

Does Funnelsight replace our analytics tools or our CRM?

No. It works on top of them. Your analytics tools keep collecting, the CRM stays the reference for pipeline and revenue, and Funnelsight connects what they record into one view of the funnel.
